Looking for help wiring a TH8321U1006 from existing HPT18-60

I've searched for the HPT18-60 and although found a few posts, none of them have had the E and W2 wired together. I have a Goodman A30-15 and CPKE30-1B and trying to install a Honeywell TH8321U1006. Most of it seems straight forward but the terminals jumped together have me stumped. Thanks in advance!
