Goodman model#MBVC2000AA-1 AC 5 tons board Fail

I service this unit a Goodman 5 ton model#MBVC2000AA- AC just cleaning the coil after i finish i tried to turn on the unit and the board just turn on the two light one in red and the other one in green but after that the green one turn off and the red one stay on and its FAIL... i Dont know what can cause the board like this ... its any one know and work before with this unit please help me its really important.... thank you
