I've been working on this install for the past couple of weeks. If all goes well with this one we have 2 or 3 more like it already lined up. We have 1-5 ton outdoor with a 1 ton and 1.5 ton conventional ducted air handler, a 1.5 ton MSP slim duct and a 1 ton wall hung and 1 AO smith tankless water heater. I'm not done with the install but I'm getting close. I'll post the finished product when I'm done. I figured I'd go ahead and post some pics I took Friday to see what all I did wrong/could do better. The mechanical room is messy with a bunch of materials and I'm not done with a few things. Still have to duct the medium static pressure (MSP) air handler in the crawlspace so there's no pics of it yet. It's a real mess in the crawl now. Got all the indoors and outdoor hooked up, pressure tested at 590psig for 24hrs and 2.5hr vacuum to 115 microns and held at 130 for 2 hours before weighing in the additional 6lb 4oz to the system. Going to start it up and finish up everything hopefully by the end of this week and start her up. Let the flaming begin...
And this is the supply plenum I made that I'm putting on the MSP unit in the crawl. 8x34 to 2-8x16 trunks.
