chiller went on alarm low discharge superheat, I checked the resistance and ohm the exv, also manual test the exv-- all good, I also change the discharge thermistor, and calibrated all tranducers. stroll thru the keypad for ckt b and check transducer reading verified with manifold gauge corresponds. Upon stop up the chiller exv throttles 20% then starts to close down to 2%, the compressor show condensation and my motor temp is 48 df. what else could be the problem
