It's just about that time. 23 y/o furnace, 15 y/o A/C and 18 y/o hot water tank.
They work completely fine, but I'm aware it's just a matter of time. Looking to plan to buy new but don't know what brand to look into.
I want something easy enough to work on (I replace parts myself) and that will hopefully last as long as these units.
What do you experts recommend? Thanks
