Load bearing wall rebuild

I have a wall in my house that im currently going to be rebuilding due to a header in a doorway sagging. At first i thought i could just fix the archway where the header was sagging after removing the sheetrock i found the 3 2x10s span the entire 24ft length of the wall of top of the 2x4s with no top plate. The beam is also twisted and the sheetrock was not sitting flush.

The wall is only holding up a flat roof on one side and a nornmal trussed roof on the other side.

Im not sure what to do here, i justed removed the other exterior wall and rebuilt due to the sill plate rotting.
