Vinyl shower walls, cut to size, glue to studs, caulk joints?

Need to insulate behind a tile shower. Might rip off the exterior siding and go from there but would rather rip the tile off and insulate from there because the tile might be leaking also. And then I want to put a panel thing up. It's probably a standard sized tub and shower. I know they have kits but I think the tub is staying so I don't know if the kit would make the right connection with the old tub. Also, the ceiling is tile and only about 7 feet tall so I don't know if the wall kit will join the ceiling the right way. I think they might be designed to install drywall/tile over the top edge of the wall and then that tile/drywall is what goes into the top ceiling corner.

So is there something I can get from lowes or home depot that I can just cut to size, glue to the studs, and then caulk all the joints after taking the three tile walls off? TY
