Was called to a customer who had bought and had installed 4 of these units about 5 years ago.
Three of them would not heat. Low on charge.
All three had a leak in the inside unit where three pipes from the coil merged into one.
Found that it did not leak from the solder area, but from where a tool formed the the copper around the pipes. It was a little indent in the valley between the tubes, about a half of an inch from the joint.
After the first one, I went right to that spot on the other two.
