Senior Controls Systems Specialist looking for a change

I've got 8 years on the job with one of the huge controls players and I feel like I've dead-ended myself. I've moved into a senior level position and have pretty much maxed out where my company will put me outside of waiting around another ~10 years for management to retire so I can take their jobs.

I'd be willing to relocate (currently in Chicago) anywhere except CA.

I don't want to post too much here but I have a solid resume and a wealth of knowledge. Let me know if you know of any senior controls positions, project management or controls sales openings (or any ideas for how to get out of the dead end funk.)
