I am trying to locate a source of spare parts for the Air- Generate / Air Tap heat pump water heaters, 66 & 80 gallon. My company has a large installed base of the units and we are trying to source parts now that the manufacturer has vanished.
Our most urgent need is Anode rods and I understand these can be sourced from other suppliers.We are having problems with 'brown water' in some of the units which we suspect is being caused by worn anodes?
I would be most grateful for any advice or guidance available.
