HVAC Residential Service Manager - Orlando, FL

Energy Air, Inc. is seeking a top tier residential service manager for immediate hire. Candidate must have a proven track record in the HVAC industry. Also must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Support and develop start up, maintenance, and repair technicians
• Customer relationship management of service customers including retail and new construction
• Communicate with manufacturers technical support representatives
• Oversee and Improve efficiency of the department
• Increase sales growth through maintenance programs and accessories
• Enforce company policies, programs, and procedures to ensure complete communication with internal and external customers.
• Review and evaluate service technicians
• Maintain residential service department workforce
• Other duties as assigned by the department executive vice president

Qualifications
• Industry related training, NATE Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC industry.
• Minimum 2 years as a senior technician
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience
• EPA certification required
• Detail oriented
• Fluent in English
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Self Starter
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to use Microsoft Windows and Office Suite

Anticipated Pay Range
• $62,400 - $72,800 plus growth incentive and year-end bonus
