Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to balance a fan blade out of balance. Whether it got out of balance from pulling it off shaft or just getting bent up somehow. The way I've done it is look at the blade that looks the best shape put the blade on a flat surface and measure the top of the pitch to the bottom of the flat surface and do this to each separate blade until they're all equal heighth.
