Here is the deal. I have got 3 different window a/c units. None of them will cool the room (115 volt). Could it Be the receptacle and wiring. It will cool for just a min when compressor is running. Then it just blows warm air For a good while before it kicks in again. All 3 have been bran New. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
