Back in 92 I had an xv1500 variable 3 ton Trane installed with the bells and whistles (at the time). After several years I noticed it was getting hard to find an HVAC tech with any knowledge of the system so I started to research the info and managed to get it 23 years more down the road without too much trouble (a couple of bridge rectifiers and a lightning strike that took out the dc cap and air handler motor). Now for the question. I need to get it up for the rest of the summer so I can have a new system installed this fall (probably a Trane two compressor system). I need to find a used kv183-aao compressor for it since I don't want to keep it going much longer. Help me if you can please.
